Nicky called me halfway through building her dream bar.The venue had been designed by people who understood hospitality equipment but had very little understanding of how a small bar actually operates day to day. Tourism WA Training
For many international students, my sessions are their first exposure to Australian hospitality.Students attend from across Asia, Europe, North and South America, often while completing university degrees, postgraduate studies and professional qualifications.While practical hospitality skills are part of the training, the broader objective is to inspire people about the opportunities within the industry and demonstrate the professionalism required to operate successful hospitality businesses.Every session represents an opportunity to showcase Australian hospitality to future leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals from around the world.
